How Can diarrhea Along With Bloody Stools Be Treated?

I recently returned from a vacation in Cuba. Had diareha (sp) for a few days which I managed through Imodium pills. Last night and today I have four bowel movements which have included blood in the bowl and blood in the stools. (I have had a colonoscopy and was cleared - about 8 years ago now) White Male, age 51, don t smoke, drink in moderation
